Katie went above and beyond helping us achieve our goal of buying a new home in an area we were told had no homes available. Katie found and helped us purchase our new home, helped us find a rental and sold our home. Our goal would not have been achieved without Katies help. She created opportunities and directed us through every detail along the way. Katie leveraged her industry knowledge to support our position in every negotiation that took place. Katie is a great communicator and was available for every emergency that came up, outside of normal working hours and weekends. Katie is tenacious, professional and has great industry knowledge. In a time where overall work performance seems to be decreasing, it was an incredible pleasure to experience the exact opposite from Katie!
