Represented the sellers sold price $415k sellers actually received $446k ( contract price) Sellers received $31k over list price. Multiple offers ended up accepting the ribbon offer and receiving the $31k over the appraised value due to the structure of the offer and loan program. I worked alongside the buyers agent to make sure this new program worked out and that my sellers received top dollar. Buyers had a home sale contingency and still beat out multiple offers because of the level of communication between the buyers agent & myself. This was one of the first deals done like this in our area. Additionally, this was a divorcing couple so I helped them navigate through that process seamlessly.
