Sturbridge, Orlando – Represented the buyers in this transaction. Buyers were a teacher and Veteran, first-time home buyers. Was able to get them lined up with my preferred lender (Samaritan Mortgage) who got them approved for their VA loan and the Hometown Heroes down payment assistance program. Within inspections, we found that the information provided by the sellers was not correct and the roof was uninsurable and needed to be replaced. The roof was replaced by my preferred roofer prior to closing and everything closed and funded on time. Without me exercising my resources and preferred business partners & my knowledge my buyers would not have been able to purchase this property.
